一种治理沼液的兼氧膜生物反应器工艺

摘要:兼氧膜生物反应器具有高效、低耗等特点,适宜处理高浓度有机废水. 文中介绍了一种兼氧膜生物反应器工艺用于治理某养殖场沼液. 结果表明,该工艺能有效去除CODCr、NH3-N、总磷和SS 等污染物,处理后出水CODCr、NH3-N、总磷及SS 浓度分别至50 mg/L、10 mg/L、7.5 mg/L和10 mg/L, 去除率分别达98 %、95 %、50 %和99 %, 满足《畜禽养殖业污染物排放标准》(GB18596-2001)并可回用于养殖场道路清扫及周边农田灌溉. 该工艺不仅出水水质好,不排放有机剩余污泥,还实现了无人值守,而且吨水占地仅0.3 m2/m3,单位处理成本1.05 元/m3,经济实用.

A new process of aerobic membrane bioreactor for treatment of biogas slurry

    Abstract: Facultative aerobic membrane bioreactor can be applied to high concentration organic wastewater treatment with high efficiency and low energy consumption. A farm biogas slurry treatment process usingfacultative aerobic membrane bioreactor is introduced in this article. It is shown that pollutants can be effectively removed, with the effluent concentration of CODCr, NH3-N,TP and SS being 50 mg/L, 10 mg/L, 7.5 mg/L and 10 mg/L and the removal rate being 98 %, 95 %, 50 % and 99 % respectively. The final effluent quality can perfectly meet the "Discharge standard of pollutants for livestock and poultry breeding" (GB 18596-2001). The final effluent can also be used for farms road cleaning and the surrounding farmland irrigation. Furthermore, it is learned that the process not only has good treatment effect, but also has the advantages of automation and near-zero emission of the organic excess sludge. Thus, this process is economical and practical with tons of water covering an area of 0.3 m2/m3 and the unit processing cost being 1.05 yuan/m3.

畜禽养殖废水是一个重大的污染源,养殖场沼液中含有相当数量的有机污染物,同时沼液中氨氮含量较高,属于难处理的高浓度有机废水[1]. 常规处理技术对养殖废水中高浓度、成分复杂的污染物的去除较为困难,所需工艺繁琐,构筑物多,运行成本较高,处理出水难以稳定达标[2-8]. 兼氧膜生物反应器通过创造兼氧特色,具有占地小、效率高、能耗低和基本不排有机剩余污泥的特点,对多领域高浓度有机废水具有较好的处理效果[9]. 文中针对某规模化生猪养殖场沼液,研究采用兼氧膜生物反应器进行处理,效果很好.
